Pay By Mail
Checks and money orders, payable to Neptune Travel Group and mailed to Neptune Travel Group, P.O. Box 311467, Atlanta, GA 31131. Place trip name on the memo line. Also include each attendees first and last name, phone number, email, and amount for each person in the mailing.
Pay on Your Trip Website
Pay with credit, debit, or electronic check through the designated trip Eventbrite site.
Pay Via PayPal

Pay Via Fax
Credit authorization forms that can be faxed are only available for non-group bookings. A copy of your ID and credit card is required for this method of payment. Download Credit Authorization form here. Our fax number is 404-549-4392.
Pay By Cash or In Person
Not available because we are an internet based company. Available on very rare instances.
Pay Using Bill Pay Through Your Bank

Payment Policies & Fees
- Installment payments/payment plans are allowed as a convenience. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all monies paid or late fee.
- The initial full deposit on packages with flight on non-group booking will include $150 per person for the hotel and full payment of airfare at the time of ticketing/booking.
- Smaller payment/deposit on a flight is only available on some promotional and group trip as long as there are 10 or more people flying from the same city.
- Payments to Neptune Travel Group are non-refundable and non-transferrable unless travel insurance is purchased.
- No checks will be accepted within 3 days of the final due date nor 30 days before departure.
- Return check fee starts at $35.
- For customized group trips, a group leader contract plus a non-refundable $100 deposit is required. The $100 deposit is applied to the group leader’s trip cost.
- Late fee of $50 per person applies immediately after final payment date if there are prior missed payments OR 7 days after the final payment date.
- Name changes and other changes are allowed before and after payment completion but may require a fee starting at $50 per person. Fees depend on the vendor.
- Some hotels require a daily resort fee to be paid directly to the hotels. This is very common for Las Vegas, Miami and Puerto Rico hotels. Neptune Travel Group does not include resort fees in prices.
Our Rates
- Rates/quotes given by Neptune Travel Group are always subject to change unless the required deposit is made along with any other requirement(s).
- Rates on hold can last as long as 1 hour to 20 days. Time frame depends on the vendor and travel departure date.
- Neptune Travel Group works with several vendors to provide the best deal for your travel. If you have been surfing the net on other travel sites and you see something you would like for us to book for you, please forward the page to [email protected] and we can price match or even price beat, with a possible payment plan, isn’t that neat?!?
- Please understand that each travel cost is unique and there are no set rate for a location because rates can vary by season, time of day/week, number of days traveled, comfort level desired, location, and number of people traveling. We will do our best to find you an affordable rate per your specific preferences.
